The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Any issues related to the protection of personal data can be addressed directly to the e-mail address: office@cloudinterior.art or in writing to the address of the Administrator's registered office.

Purposes and bases for the processing of personal data

The Administrator processes the personal data of the Website Users for the following purposes:

  1. Enabling contact with the User and responding to inquiries sent via the contact form (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – necessity to take action prior to entering into a contract).

  2. Performance of a possible contract or order of services provided by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  3. Analysis of traffic on the Website, keeping statistics of visits and optimization of the content of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator).

The recipients of the Users' personal data may be:
